Magnus
Magnus Östholm is the developer behind Freeland 3000. He has more than 15 years experience with construction of mine-clearing vehicles, and has also participated in mine clearance operations in Croatia, Angola and Iran.  Thus he knows everything there is to know about the dust, the heat, the danger and the tragedies that follow in the trail of mines. In 2007 he set out along with the designer Lennart Lindeborg to design an entirely new mine-clearing machine. After a year of unceasing adaptation and testing, the Freeland 3000 came to light in 2008.

Throughout the years, Magnus Östholm has built both big and small machines. Machines he later has driven in real mine fields. He has tried all kinds of techniques; tillers, vibration-tools and flails, on a large number of carriers like tanks and tractors. Into the Freeland 3000 he has put all his experience and today he’s sure to have built the absolutely best machine in its segment, when it comes to operational efficiency, security and handling. The carrier is a world-class forestry machine, which is easy to operate and flexible in all sorts of environment. We feel that its capacity exceeds all known products on the market, able to operate all over the world, as one of several tools, in order to clear all fatal mines in its way.

LennartLennart Lindeborg has since a long time back worked together with Magnus Östholm and has been a great support in the development of the technical solutions. Lennart has been focused on producing blueprints and sketches and ensuring that the choices of materials have always been optimized.
Lennart has also had success with other technical innovations, but has always been devoted to and has shared Magnus's devotion to work for a mine free world.

Johan Östholm has during the past 15 years along with his father, Magnus, worked with mine clearance machines. Johan has been involved in projects based on tank chassis, steamroller and now this latest project Freeland 3000.

Johan has a long experience in mechanical work within the manufacturing industry. Johan has also done one FN-mission in Bosnia as driver/gunner on armoured vehicles.
